Semarang — Another proud achievement has been made by students of the Bachelor of Nursing Program, Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University (Undip).
Two students from the 2022 cohort, Gilang Asa Ayunda and Satria Adi Pangestu, supervised by Ns. Marsha Yoke Nancy, successfully won an award in the Educational Poster Competition held by the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) on October 5, 2025.
With great creativity, the two students presented a poster titled “Be Ready to Face Type 2 Diabetes with Technology: Use Technology Wisely, Make Diabetics Happy”, which highlights the importance of utilizing technology wisely to support the management of type 2 diabetes. The poster delivers an educational message on innovative ways to raise public awareness about diabetes management through a smart, interactive, and contemporary digital approach.
The competition served as a platform for nursing students from various universities to showcase inspiring and impactful educational works that promote public health. In this event, Gilang and Satria demonstrated outstanding ability in integrating nursing knowledge, visual communication skills, and technological innovation into an informative and engaging work.
This achievement stands as a testament to the enthusiasm, creativity, and social awareness of Undip Nursing students in educating the public through technology-based media.
